Poor management
The apartments are dated but that is reflected in the price. Maintenance does it’s best to accommodate but has its hands tied with management. For example my air conditioning unit stopped working and it took 3 attempts before it was fixed due to taking shortcuts. They even brought some large room unit to prop up in my bedroom as an”fix”. Management has also began renting to some undesirable people. At least 2 of the apartments in my building were rented to a large group of young men. Maybe... 8 to an apartment. The appliances were bad. Dates maybe early 80’s. The carpets are never changed. When I lived in they appeared freshly shampooed but again in cutting corners they don’t have them professionally cleaned so shortly after moving in stains reappeared. They charge an extra $300 per fee specifically to have the carpets cleaned but then just use a cheap carpet shampooed and do them themselves. Not my best experience and I would hesitate to recommend living here.
