Unfriendly manager and staff
New staff is terrible. Especially management. Get ready to receive 100s of emails about rules and regulations. You can’t walk into the gym with outdoor shoes. (Um your gym sucks). Don’t use the racketball court too long.(your rackeball court is always empty). Pay your your utility bills. (Thank you captain obvious)...and on and on and on... such an unfriendly environment.
You walk into the lobby and the staff hardly wants to say hello. Please teach your employees the importance of good... customer service. Start doing the following. 1. When a resident walks through the door, get off your butts and say hello. 2. Thank your residents for choosing your community. (They have manny choices) 3. Smile (you may have a bad day, don't take it out on the resident) 4. Be genuine (Show that you truly want to be there for the residents) 5. Ask if there is anything else you can do for them, and mean it. I've been a resident here for over 10 years. This is the most unfriendly manager and staff I've ever encountered. I will have a really hard time renewing my lease again simply because of the staff. This is a great community. A great location. Awesome amenities. Please train your staff so that your residents can continue to enjoy living here.
