Office staff lied to us.
We liked our rental, but in order to continue living there we had to renew our lease after only living there for one month. Once we decided we did want to renew, they'd already rented it to someone else, but they lied to us and said that we could renew. Because they lied to us we had to scramble to find a new place with less than a week before we'd be kicked out. New place was not clean and has facilities which don't work. We will be leaving as soon as possible!
