Management stinks
Would give zero stars if I could. The apartment itself is not terrible. The location is good. The amenities are kind of nice sometimes. But management is terrible. I was forced to move apartments because they were renovating the unit I was originally leasing. No big deal. That's in the terms of the lease. But then they charged my rent to the wrong unit. So I got a notice of unpaid rent and threat of eviction because they messed something up. I went to the office and got it all taken care of.... Didn't get evicted. After my lease was up, not only did I not get my security deposit back, but they charged me $400 for cleaning fees. Turns out, they didn't switch my security deposit over when they forced me to move apartments. Then, after multiple phone calls and multiple emails, none of which received any reply, they sent my bill to a collection agency. If you move here, you will have to keep management accountable with your money.
