Don’t recommend
This isn’t a walkable area like the walkable score claims . You can walk to the train station but that’s about it
No updated internet service here is very slow 25bps only! Yikes
No in unit laundry and spotty performance of units for shared laundry space
No bike storage and not allowed to store on balcony 3 story without elevators so forget brining your bike inside your unit if you’re on the 2nd or 3rd floors
Entryway doors don’t completely close and lock half the time so strangers can gain... entry to buildings
Bad floor plan no place for a dining table big enough for more then 3 people
Heat /Ac spotty some rooms good some rooms bad
Shotty repairs and maintenance
No grills
No pets
Neighborhood grocery shopping mediocre at best
Traffic very heavy
Only redeeming quality is that I’ve never had a bug problem and it’s relatively quiet and everybody minds their own business
There are much better places to live I wouldn’t recommend the town of Worth nor this property there are much better neighborhoods and places in Chicagoland
