Love the location of the Worthington Manor. It's close to everything downtown. Plenty of parking. I never have an issue. My studio unit is bigger than my friend's one-bedroom. This building is deluxe with lots of charm. Midtowne an excellent management company. Very responsive.

These lovely historic apartments are cheap, well located and inhabit some of the most interesting people. For someone who loves historic buildings, this one is definitely for you. The aesthetics are pleasing and the updated window fixtures and appliances make historic living easier. Downtown Fort Wayne is literally a block away and in the summer you are in the heart of the many festivals fhree rivers hosts. The only downside to these apartments is the lack of free laundry facilities which still... is easily fixed by the best pricing laundromat in town being just a block away.
