Rip Off
I moved out from this property on July 11. I called frequently as my account was never closed out and my apartment was still showing that I lived there. I kept getting the run around with new excuses each time that I emailed or called. Finally on August 7, my account reflected that I moved out. However, I was still charged for a water bill that was for a time period after I moved out.
On Thursday, August 17, I called to ask when they would be returning my security deposit. I was told to... hold for the manager. When the lady returned, she advised me that the manager, Ashley, was leaving for the day and would not get on the phone. She said I would be receiving my security deposit in 30-45 days even though I have been gone for 40+ days. Then, I received a phone call later that day stating that my deposit was mailed a week prior. I live in the same state and have not received it.
This experience has been extremely unprofessional, and I will be escalating it.
