Horrible staff!!
I waited for several months to get some maintenance issues addressed. After writing the "Thin Walls" review, suddenly they contact me the next day and want to schedule a time for maintenance to come out.. Go figure. So we eventually schedule it for a Monday. Monday came and went. No one showed up or called to reschedule. Same thing Tuesday. Wednesday I happened to see the maintenance supervisor outside, I explained my frustrations and showed him inside my apt what needed done. He said he would... be out the next day after lunch. No one showed up or called! Great service and communication guys!-sarcastically.. I called Friday and they finally sent someone at the end of the day... Not enough time to address all the issues in this shotty apt. Said guy was quite nice and stated he would be back next week to finish the other issues. Well, it's Friday again and no one came or called... I don't doubt he was pulled aside to do other projects. There are soooo many things wrong at this place, it never ends!! People have overflowing toilets and it's NOT considered a priority. DO NOT LIVE HERE OR MOVE HERE! Let's see how long it takes them to call me now. ????

Each concern was addressed to our knowledge and during your communication with management it was noted that you’re were very understanding and not pressing for a time frame to complete the minor issues.
