M CLUB is an amazing place to live. My mom told me that this was the place all the people back in her day wanted to move and I can see why. Lakea and I believe the girl’s name is Maddie are so kind and hilarious people. I have a feeling I will be living here for a while!

For a first time apartment I can see residence loving M Club. However, for those of us who are not new to the renters life I would not recommend M Club as a top choice. Since moving here we’ve changed management at least 3 times. There’s been perks to that like finally being able to use the amenities and repairs to the outside of the buildings. However, overall it’s been an interesting time here. The apartments interior is also not updated at all but the rent prices keep increasing. Happy for... the outside but the inside is where the residents are really going to reap the benefits.

The M Club Apartments are nice they rental office staff is nice and help you with any concerns you may have. They get back with you at reasonable times. They also send out emails to update you about anything that may be going on within the apartments community.

Not a bad place to live but with the rent increasing every year and no real incentive to resign a lease. They could at least update the interior units or offer carpet cleaning or something to show appreciation. Another idea would be; if someone agrees to resign their lease and they have been here for at least 2 years; don’t increase the rent…have them grandfathered in.
