Three Fountains East Apartamentos

Been here for 20yrs. The maintenance has been bad. Waiting weeks to get things fixed unless you call corporate.So sad.

I live at Three Fountains East Cooperative, It in a very bad neighborhood. But we live in an oasis. Our community is almost crime free. Our(rent)carrying charges are only $616., this is for a 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath townhouse. The amenities for all the people in the community are a park for small kids, lawn care, enclosed patio, and in each unit there are washer and dryers, garbage disposal, microwave oven, cable T V, air conditioning, heat, water, and sewage everyone has one numbered parking... space per household all this is included in the carrying charges. The site of the community is on the Indy Go bus route.The the Management staff and maintenance staff are friendly and courteous, any problem needing fixed is seen to in less than a 24 hour from the time the request is called in. Although they are given up to 3 days to repair any problem.
Unlike other apartments out community has 2 security officer companies that maintain 24 hour watch. We have the best Management on the East side with Kirkpatrick Management, and a Board of Directors that meet once every month to make sure everything is working together like fine clock work. We have a Club house that is top of the line, with a stove, frig. Microwave and counter tops as well as lots of chairs and long serving tables for parties.The whole community meets twice a year for a community picnic hosted by Kirkpatrick Management. It is a wonderful place to raise kids. I raised my son here. Lee mas

Three Fountains has great staff. They keep the grounds clean and maintenance answers your calls fast. I've lived here for over 5 years and have had a peaceful and great living experience.
