Great Community

I have lived here for 3 months and really like it. I moved from the dorms into a two bedroom with a friend and we enjoy the space and parking close to our home. The apartment has a new carpet and the kitchen has everything we need. We really like it here and have recommended it to friends, and got rent money for it!

A Fantastic Place to Live

Me and my fiance have been living here togther for a year Now and I can honestly say that I have never lived in an apartment complex that takes so much pride in their community and take their tennants problems and fixes them as fast as they possibly can

My First Choice In a Home to live in

The apartments at Park place are spacious and have an amazing layout. I have lived here for five years now and have come to see the beauty of this community and how friendly and caring the staff is and and how fast they will work to fix any problems you may have. If I had to choose again for another apartment complex to live in kokomo I don't think that there would be one that is anything like park place apartments

Park place offers affordable apartments that rival their more expensive competitors. Also its located just down the road from the local university.

A great place to live

These apartment have been refurbished. They are spacious , great location. Close to school, hospital, post office and shopping. The staff is friendly
