BECKFORD PLACE APARTMENTS

I stayed at this apartment for 2 years, my monthly rent keeps changing. Even though I took out my rental insurance, I still get charged for insurance, even after repeatedly drawing their attention to the error.
In addition, expect to pay for water separately from your rent. This was not disclosed anywhere in the lease as far as I remember and even if it were, it is just unusual. There is no meter to indicate your consumption. This is the main reason why I will be looking for another place.
When... you request for a maintenance call, it takes days to weeks to get a response. So, if urgent, might be best to fix yourself. Lee mas

Management doesn't care about your problems. They will keep your deposit. Stay away from this place for your own good!

These apartments are nice but are small.The people who manage the place are not good to deal with.They will do everything to nickle and dime you ,once you tell them your moving out.Even if you leave the apartment clean and in good condition.They will find anything to charge you for ,just so they can keep your deposit.Be aware and always take pictures of the apartment when you move in and move out.If you move in on there first month free special.When
you move out they will charge you for the... free month rent once you move out.My advice is to stay away from these apartments. Lee mas

Its nice location good neighbors. Its kinda small but works for the time being. Would like to stay at the complex just waiting for bigger apt to open.
