Bell Pointe Apartments

Moved in 1st year was good. 2nd year was horrible. Maintenance was horrible, didn't speak english and knew nothing about repairing anything . We had rain water coming into our patio doors and our master bedroom window and our daughters windows as will. They dug a trench hoping that would help. It did nothing a few months later we had a horrible mold issue. 75% of our belongings was destroyed my the mold things we will never get back things from family members that has passed away . Bell... point did nothing to help or to reimburses us . Unfortunately there are new people living in the same apartment we was . I pray they dont have the same issues we did . Lee mas

The lack of everything is a complete joke. The rent is more than what they have listed. Basic maintenance doesn’t exist. Shoddy and cheap pieced together construction. The ceilings are so thin you might as well live with your neighbors. The management is a joke. I was bit by neighbors dog and they did absolutely nothing about it. Save your money there are better options for less money

Moved here in August. The office is so helpful. Any question or help I have needed they have been right there. My apartment is spacious and beautiful. Feels like home.
