Would give it 0 stars if possible

This place is the worst. Apartments are filled with mold. Kids are running around unsupervised and vandalizing cars and apartments. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone ever!

BEWARE THIS PROPERTY WILL DISCRIMINATE AGAINST YOU!

This is the worst experience I have ever had with a apartment complex. Do not rent here they will discrimante against you. I will be reporting this to the Indianapolis Housing Agency. And I'll be contacting a attorney for discrimination. All they do is play games. They tell me write this affidavite and they said they'll approve you. Did everything they ask and all they want to do is play games and ask me about a refund from Pizza Hut. Or they question you transffering 100 to your savings account... . Surprise some people have whats called a savings account. Are you freaking kidding me?

I love my apartment

I moved in to my apartment back in June, I must say that I love the layout of my new apartment home.. The staff was very helpful with all my paper work.. and I really love my apartment and the location.

Amazing Find!

Looked for an apartment for about 2 months and couldn't find anything. Then, I downloaded this amazing app and it showed me these new apartments called Casey Acres. Every bit of information that it given me about these apartments were head on and not a bit of it was false. I've been on some websites where the apartment was nothing like it had been described online. Thanks to this website and app, I'm now living in my one bedroom apartment at Casey Acres!

Casey Acres in Westfield, IN

The office staff is nice. The apartment is clean, bright, and everything works. The colors used are attractive. The pool is nice but they've had problems with it. It is taking forever to finish building. Lots of kids running around. The playground is small, given the size of the community. They only allow their internet, and there are no land lines! There is no cable TV. They won't allow Comcast, Brighthouse, Frontier, etc. to come in. If you want quiet, secluded, clean and new, but... very few amenities, this is your place.
