Brookhollow Apartments

I lived at Brookhallow for nearly two years, but due to personal issues I unfortunately had to move. The landlord was very understanding and said I was welcome to move back anytime provided they have an opening which, they don't often have and I understand why. I lived in a second story studio and absolutely loved everything about my studio. First off the studio is unique in that it has a "cut away" which is my word for the bedroom area. To me it made the bedroom feel cozy because it was... offset from the rest of the living space. In the bedroom I had room for my bed, nightstand, dresser, small bookcase, and TV, plus it had a decent size closet. The rest of the studio had a roomy living room space which fit my full size sofa and love seat, 50 inch TV and there was still room for my plants in front of the very large window. The kitchen is average studio size with a dishwasher, stove, and refrigerator with plenty of cabinet space. A perfect size little dining area is added on to the kitchen and is roomy enough for a small table, and of course there is a bathroom with a full tub/shower combo. I never had a single roach and I didn't even utilize the offer for free monthly bug spray service. Bonus is the pool that stays open late in to September as long as it's hot outside is what the landlord told me. Also, has a good laundry facility. The maintenance employee was respectful and took care of my few small issues on the same day I requested service. The landlord is a real gem to this property! She is easily accessible to the tenants and she takes expert care of the property. She is a great listener too. All things considered I honestly don't believe I could of done better especially with the extremely competitive rent they charge. I can't wait to go back home. ?? Lee mas

They spray for roaches every month, and every month the roaches come back. The maintenance crew is also always here working late doing half jobs, they painted half the stairs and decided not to finish and it’s been like that for months.

Ive been living in a noise nightmare ever since they ripped the carpet out of the unit above me and replaced it with hard wood floors. Every bump, knock, and bang is transmitted directly into my apartment and probably others. And its the hardest sort of noise to stop. Blocked only partially by ear plugs. Dont lease one of the lower level units. Just dont do it.
