Danish Village Apartments

This place is beyond disgusting and disrespectful staff is so lazy they basically get paid to do nothing they have allowed throw up to sit in the hallways for 4 days before cleaning it , allowed rodents to roam the apartments for several days and still has not done anything about it you have to beg anyone to do anything around her there only worried about there rent not there residents it’s honestly sickening HIGHLY SUGGEST STAYING ANYWHERE BUT HERE

I applied for Danish Village Apartments in December 2018 and was approved and moved in on Jan 2 ,2019 and the staff very friendly and the place very well maintained and is great space and access room
Bathrooms and floors very clean an great kitchen and island in my apartment.
The rent fits my budget perfectly and I just love the fact of having my own place and a place to relax in a good area and good apartment with a good atmosphere.??

Thus far I have enjoyed my stay at Danish Village. There are a couple of reasons I wouldn't give the complex a 5/5, but the reason I give it a 4 is because I'm not a fan of paying for the small washing machine, and also because I've had problems the drains, dishwasher, and closing some of doors in the home. Overall, these things are relatively minor offenses. I do enjoy the location, the price for a 2 bedroom, the large living area, their response to problems with neighbors, Signal 88, my... interactions with maintenance, and the staff. I would suggest renting with Danish Village because it's in a good area, they have good insulation so my gas/electric bill is never high, and it's in a convenient location. Lee mas

I’ve lived in a few apartment complexes in Wichita and Danish Village is by far the best I’ve come across. It is located in a nice, quite neighborhood, and really close to lots of food places, schools and shopping stores. The office staff is extremely nice and helpful, and the maintenance men are very fast, efficient, nice and engaging as well! I love how convenient the workout room is and also meeting friendly neighbors at the pool! Everyone is nice around here, from the neighbors to the staff... and I’d definitely recommend Danish Village to anyone searching for a place to call home!! Lee mas

I love it here!! Chase is on his game!! He always calls back no later then the next day and maintenance is out the very next day to take care of whatever needs to be done!! The location is prime!! 2 minutes from Town East and more places to eat within walking distance!! This is by far the best move I've ever made!!
