This property is beautiful and well maintained. The units are roomy and liveable. The staff responds to requests quickly, and your neighbors make up a community supporting each other. What more is there to ask for?

I have thoroughly enjoyed living at the Quarters at Cambridge! The staff is all so pleasant and their goal is to make my life here the best it can be! When I have any problem in my apartment, it is addressed and/or repaired the same day! Management does many "above and beyond" activities that assure us we are loved and to create community! Amazing place to live! The office and maintenance staff take great care of their residents. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else in Wichita!

In one word, this place is "home". At the time of this posting, I have been at the Quarter At Cambridge for over 5 years and I have not had a single complaint. The front office staff are pleasant and very approachable, any maintenance requests I've had have been addressed within 24 hours (during business days), the grounds are immaculate and well taken care of, and the community is great. It's very quiet here, a great place to take a walk, and close to many great restaurants and shopping areas... . An absolutely "must consider" place to live! Few (if any) other places even closely compare once you see it for yourself. Please stop by and get a tour! Once I did, I was sold!
