Terrible Communication
Communication is terrible at this place you have to constantly call the main office in Cincinnati if you want to actually speak to someone but then they’ll just send you to another persons voicemail. I was told I was going to pay a different rent than I was originally told. Then the week of my move in was told I couldn’t move in on the date originally agreed on a month before. They say a property manager is on site and that’s not the case. The lady that’s over this complex is the hardest person... to get a hold of and if you do she’s never able to answer the question directly. If the communication improved I would give this a better review but it’s lack luster at best.
