First impressions

My car was towed the first morning because my sticker was packed and the apt doesn’t reimburse for that. Will be nice that they monitor the parking but wasn’t a fun first experience. The gym has broken equipment and has a smell that makes it difficult to workout in. The apartment itself is beautiful and the rest of the amenities are very nice!

Amazing move in experience

I had an incredible experience from the tour of the property, working with a great management team, and ease of completing contracting and move in. I love the location and beautiful apartment!

Looks can be deceiving

The structure itself is very beautiful but the management staff are very incompetent. It takes a long time for anything to get done. Drinking, cops being called and fighting occur around the pool area. Desk attendant ignores what is going on appears like she could care less and does not want to be bothered. The pool is not maintained or cleaned like it should be. This place is definitely not worth the price.

Looks good in brochures

Looks good in brochures, but far from luxury as touted by property. Cheap finishes and far from sound proof- Lots of noise from surrounding neighbors.
Multiple issues with residences not adhering to terms of lease. And lack of response from property management when request follow up to reported concerns.
