You get what you pay for here. And they just raised rent so barely that. I lived here for four years and went through six property managers. The last year I lived here, the AC would leak and flood the carpet in the utility closet and into the hallway before I would notice it. The maintenance man (only one man for over 200 rooms) would always be there same day to fix it but it would leak again the next week. I cleaned up as much water as I could each time. I didn't notice however that it was also... flooding the second bedroom closet and the living room vent that was behind the bookshelf. All the continuous leaks caused mold and water damage to everything in the storage closet and the bookshelf. It has been more than six months since the mold was reported and aside from wiping it off the walls and giving us mold killing spray, nothing further has been done. I ran my own mold test kit and it grew a lot. When the newest property managers started in Nov, I informed them (there are two now) right away. I have heard nothing from them. Lee mas
