Rosewood Apartamentos

It’s a quiet area, they have a pool and dog area, also grills and things in the public area. The apartments are very spacious. Susie at the front desk is very helpful and nice! She will make your whole process much easier.

This apartment complex is a JOKE! You will either walk in or over dog poop all the time and they do nothing about it, but send out a email or piece of paper on doors. Omg the gnats are unreal, I’ve never experienced gnats like this ever no matter what you do to get rid of them. oh and you might see roaches too. You may have to worry about your air going out and only getting “a” window unit that does cool anything off or you apartment just may flood and it takes forever for them to fix. They will... lie and procrastinate as long as you let it. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to live, because you won’t get what you pay for Lee mas

I do not recommend this apartment complex. Upon moving out, we cleaned and scrubbed the apartment from top to bottom. We left that place cleaner than it was when we moved in. We still got charged a fee for uncleanliness upon moving out. When I say that it was cleaner than when we moved in, I am not kidding. There was tons of long, black hair in the carpet when we moved in, which did not belong to us. Lots of other things to mention as well. A few weeks after moving in, our bathroom ceiling... started leaking. It took MONTHS to get them to come look at it. When they did come look at it, they just put some kind of putty over it and a week later it was leaking again. We mentioned it to management multiple times. If they wanted to spray for bugs, they would let us know at 6 PM the night before that we wouldn’t be able to be in our apartment for hours the next day. They knocked on the door early the next morning which woke us up, and before we had time to even get up, they were in our living room! When they heard us, they hurried up and left. This was the point that we knew we needed to get out of there. After moving out, and after they already charged us for having an unclean apartment (even though we cleaned it better than it was for us when we moved in) they charged us another fee SEVERAL MONTHS after we had already left, for something like garbage disposal. Do not move to this place for your own sake. Had the worse experience

When they get rid of current management they may actually help and care about the comfort of residents. They would rather residents live in discomfort and pay over $200 in utilities each month than fix their air conditioner system whether it be a leak in the Freon or the system itself. Do not over pay for pseudo higher quality living space when you can get a cheaper apartment and save money while having the same thing as Rosewood.
