its alrightI’ve lived at this apartment complex for a year, and overall it has been a positive experience. The grounds are well maintained, with clean walkways, trimmed landscaping, and adequate lighting at night. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, usually within a day, and the staff communicates clearly about scheduling and follow up. The units are spacious, with functional layouts, modern appliances, and good sound insulation compared to similar properties. Parking is generally... accessible, though guest spaces can fill up on weekends. Amenities such as the fitness center and pool are clean and rarely overcrowded. The location is convenient, with grocery stores, restaurants, and public transit nearby. While rent is slightly above average for the area, the quality of service and overall upkeep justify the cost. The new staff at the Maison has been wonderful with the community events and raffles. They truly care about easing the work-life balance of college residents.

I really enjoy living here and the community that makes this place great. I have come to enjoy the monthly activities, the area is peaceful and close to many resources and the LSU bus stop. The people who work here are very delightful kind and respectful as well

Everything is great just some issues lately with the WiFi (still isn’t working), the portal wasn’t working but it’s fix. Close to school, easy to take the bus

I really wanted to play battlefield since I just spent many dollars on it. But, Maison Burbank decided it was the exact time they wanted to cut the internet off from all its residents. Now it’s been many days and now all I do is waste my time on my phone because at least that has service on it. The worst of it, is they probably gonna still charge us for WiFi at the end of the month, cause they just like that.
