Such a great apartment with lots of amenities! Leasing office staff is incredible! so friendly & understanding! There’s giveaways almost every week, with great prizes as well. The leasing office also organizes different activities to get involved with! Such a great environment to live in!

new management has come and changed the property around! Desi, Morgan, Jay, Madison & Scott make this enjoyable. From, property upgrades to resident events and all the freebies in between, my roommate and I are really enjoying here!

Hey my name is Kartez and I’ve been living here for a cool minute now I like the area the The apartment complex is very quiet very clean and the new owners came in doing a tremendous job to the apartment complex They has the resort pool 24 hours gym dog park barbecue pits set up at every location outdoor gym in the back volleyball area basketball area …. The area has a brand Ochsner hospital right up the street that they just built we near LSU raising canes… when y’all come in the... register ask for Jay He IS SO HELPFUL …. YAll college students better come get you one
