I am one of the original residents from when the property opened in the summer of 2024, and I was overly satisfied with the service and money I was spending. Now, the gates break almost every 3-4 months, it’s hard to get a hold of people at the front that know more than basic leasing information that you can find online, their prized coffee machine is frequently out of service, during the holidays grown adults (college students, I assume) will be yelling and screaming past quiet hours (some... visibly drunk walking around with vodka bottles), and after living here for some time you can see that the luxuries of the apartments are the amenities and the kitchen island. There seems to be a high turnover rate with the staff, and with the influx of residents it seems like they need more support to accommodate everyone. They do, however, make it a point to keep the place very clean! To each their own, but these are things you won’t see on a 15 minute guided walkthrough.
