Misty Bayou Apartments

I moved to Misty Bayou about 3 ½ ago not knowing what to except with apartment living. After living in a large 3-bedroom home with a fenced in yard for 33 years. From day 1 Amy and her staff welcomed me and my fur baby with open arms. My fur baby Chuck is a runner if not fenced in so that was a very big concern for me. They allowed me to put a little 3-foot fence up for Chuck so I wouldn’t have to chain him, which made me happy as well as Chuck. If I have anything go wrong in my apartment, I... make a call I get it resolve quickly & professionally. They also put out monthly newsletters that are informative along with fun contests, along with family fun activities sponsored by Amy and her team that brings all the residents together. Which was awesome for morale!! Misty Bayou has made my first apartment experience AWESOME. I look forward too many more years living at Misty Bayou.

Where do I start?! Our family of 6 lives very comfortably in the 3 bedroom option. Even with 3 beds in one room for our girls they still have so much room to play and organize their toys! That alone speaks volumes. None of us are cramped in the slightest from the day to day or storage wise. The grounds are quiet and the neighbors are so courteous. Maintenance shows up quickly and problems are usually resolved as soon as you call. There are plenty of areas to park which is great for us with our... large vehicles. Not only is there a fenced in pool, but there is also a tennis court, side walks, and a huge field for children to play, which our children love very much and are thankful for. There are trees throughout the property which gives plenty of shade and make the property feel extra homey. The ladies in the front office are the sweetest and they take the time to personally know each and every resident, which makes you feel very cared for and not just another number. They truly go out of their way to keep everyone comfortable and happy living here. I never imagined living with a large family would be comfortable or enjoyable but after 3 years I can say that Misty Bayou Apartments have blown me out of the water. What was thought to be a short term place to live has turned into a long term happy home for us! Lee mas

I love where I live!!! It's quiet (unless it's football season at my apartment) lol, no really, I've never had any problems, The full apartment staff are the best and always quick to resolve issues if they come up. Come party like a Rockstar with me and come to Misty Bayou and be my neighbor. You'll love it here!!!!

Great place to live! Maintenance Is very quick and always around if needed! Very spacious living! Highly recommended!

Love the apartment layout and space. Never any issues with anything that needs to be fixed. They have a quick response time to get it done.
