If you're a student looking for the perfect living situation, you've found it. The rent covers just about everything, they have good amenities, and the new managers are great. I just renewed my lease because I can’t see myself living anywhere else while I go through the stressors of school!

My time at this apartment complex was an absolute nightmare, with a laundry list of grievances that made it the worst place I've ever lived.

First and foremost, the management's utter neglect of maintenance issues created a dangerous environment. There was a persistent leak in our apartment that spanned from August 2020 until we finally left in 2023. This leak, left unattended, had the potential to spawn mold, posing severe health risks to us. The situation was not only unsanitary but outright... hazardous.

The issues didn't stop there. Our vehicles were frequent targets for break-ins. The lack of security at the complex left us vulnerable to theft and vandalism, making us feel constantly on edge.

Furthermore, it felt like the police were a permanent fixture at this complex. Frequent raids on someone's apartment became a common occurrence, leaving residents perpetually uneasy. This environment was not conducive to a peaceful living experience.

To add to the chaos, the maintenance staff acted shockingly unprofessionally. When we were away from our apartment, maintenance personnel took it upon themselves to smoke inside, leaving behind ash and cigarette butts scattered throughout. This blatant disregard for our space was not only invasive but also dangerous, considering the potential for fire hazards.

But the final straw was the unjust charges imposed upon us when we moved out. Each of us was slapped with a $1,000 bill for damages that we did not cause. This was a cruel and unjustified financial burden after enduring years of subpar living conditions and poor management.

In summary, this apartment complex was a living nightmare. Mold-infested, crime-ridden, and marred by unprofessional staff, it's a place to be avoided at all costs.
