I am back in this building for the second time in 5 years. I first shared an apartment here with a boyfriend and when it did not work out, was forced to move back in with my parents. I have now been back here on my own (in a different apartment) for just over one year. i was actually called by my old landlords after being gone for a few years to tell me that they had an available apartment and loved having me as a tenant and worked with me to get back out on my own. I am a hard worker, a good... tenant and a good neighbor and they take very good care of me and the building in general. It is so expensive to find a one bedroom apartment these days that offers such caring service. This past winter was so bad that many of my co-teachers could not get into work but Bob and his team worked so hard that i never missed a day! They also work diligently to keep the grounds nice (i never mowed my own lawn this much)! I highly recommend this building (not a complex) to anyone who wants to rent an apartment where the landlords truly care!! SOK, Early Childhood Educator Lee mas
