The Harlo Apartamentos

The building is well-kept and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. The gym is nice, but it can get crowded at times. On some days, the street noise can be a bit loud. There are great events and activities planned throughout the year; however, those who work late may miss out on them. For wine lovers, there is always a wine night event, although I remember that the choices used to be better. Sometimes, events change at the last minute without notice. There is a basement parking... garage, but the fees are the highest compared to other properties in the area. Overall, Harlo is a great place to live; the tenants are quiet and respectful. staff is wonderful, amenities are wonderful, maintenance is wonderful. units could be a bit bigger for the price, but unfortunately seems to generally fit other price points in the area. location is great.

The apartment is outstanding, and I absolutely love the overall environment in this building. All the amenities are well-maintained, and the management team is exceptionally friendly.

The only improvement I’d suggest is adding a coffee machine on the 5th floor—it would be highly desirable!

Move-in was smooth and the leasing team are quite helpful. The building is newly built so all the furnishings are in great condition. The location is perfect for those working around Longwood!
