Overall, not a bad rental. This company took over while I was here, and I'll say their service team is more proactive. However, their free events and food don't meet the same standards as before. On a positive note, they've just installed EV chargers that tenants have been asking for. The salt used during snow removal was quite messy compared to the previous ownership - probably just a learning curve. Overall, I'm satisfied.
