Just moved in. So far the residents seem helpful and happy. The leasing office is very accomidating. There are a few oversights when planning for the building such as no overnight parking for guests, location of the trash receptacles could have been planned better in terms of having multiple zones. The loading dock isn't much more than a typical size elevator in a different location. The dumpsters are overflowing with trash and boxes and the parking garage is very narrow. I can imaging many... fender benders occurring. Most of this is what it is and one will have to adjust. Overall I would say the good outweighs the bad. Lee mas

We've been here a few months and the new management is good. They are responsive and haven't had major issues as of yet. Very clean and responsive with maintenance. New management seems more on top of things so hoping it continues. Only cons so far is the trash could be bigger or at least have more options for larger trash. There isn't closet space in some of the living room or kitchen areas to put things like brooms or vacuums. I would like to see the no smoking and no smoking weed more... enforced. There have been times where we smell it and had to make complaints. Lee mas

I just recently moved in I had some issues with the hot water and maintenance came and fixed it up quickly! Everyone’s been kind and outgoing so far this place has a great community.

I luv living here. Everyone is so nice and helpful. I feel blessed to be here. It's very quiet. It's always clean.
I luv the Christmas decorations this year.

Great place to live with great amenities and friendly staff. 4 stars instead of 5 because dog park needs an additional light-very hard to see at night to pick up after pet. Package room often a hot mess. Fire alarms go off too often.
