Don’t rent here if you expect straight forward management
I enjoyed living here for the most part even though there were issues. When I gave my notice to not renew, I also enquired about a new lease. At that point, we were not contacted for a while. Once I finally came in the office (they do not regularly answer phones, their answering service wasn't helpful, office hours didn't work for me to come in person most days with my job), we worked out a shorter lease. However, they never sent me the lease and wouldn't give me the actual rent price even... though they gave us a deadline. Fast forward to them not giving us the information we needed to renew and now saying we didn't give notice. They have made this much harder and a fight when there is no reason it should have been. Every other apartment would give you the price of your rent and your lease documents. And other apartments I've been at who have normal business hours respond quickly and don't give you the run-around. I would not recommend because their management clearly has a profit motive only

As part of our policy, residents are required to provide a 60-day notice to vacate. While we made efforts to accommodate your inquiries regarding lease extensions of six, three, and one month, we were unable to approve your request to vacate at the end of January, as it did not meet the 60-day notice requirement.
