FILTHY the apartment hallways, elevators and loading docks. I have taken pictures that I am unable to upload. I have seen trash, boxes, spills and stains for weeks before they are cleaned.

As someone who moved into their new building at 300 W Fayette, I want to tell you that all the comments regarding unprofessionalism is 100 percent true. Before you move in, see if you can speak to anyone who lives here already. Ask them if they think the property management team is professional and responsive. With all the WIFI issues, they don’t offer an alternative so you get what you pay for. The apartments doesn’t have amenities and if you need basic maintenance, 9 out of 10 you will have to... pay for your own repairs. The lease is very clear that the maintenance only assists with certain thing and if your toilet is malfunctioning or sink is clogged, you have to pay to have it repaired. You are better off paying an extra $200-$300 a month for full service, amenities, and 100% maintenance coverage at any other apartment in downtown Baltimore.

As my first apartment, I love it here! My 2 bedroom apartment is spacious and leaves room for creativity. Aj who gave me a tour was very helpful in answering all the questions I had. He was honest and funny as well! You can tell they care!!

Moved in about a month ago. Eva was excellent to deal with. My rent covers water and high speed internet which is awesome and keeps my costs down. Only thing I have to pay for is electric. There is a parking garage attached and the monthly cost for parking is lower than any others in the area. Great location, I can walk to so much like the baseball and football games. The apartments are brand new so it is very clean and secure. Can't recommend enough!

During the tour, we viewed several units and promptly applied for one. However, after being accepted, we realized the apartment we applied for wasn't the one listed on the lease—a major red flag. Despite reassurances about the unit change having the same layout, issues persisted. Our inquiries about the internet were ignored for two days, and when we finally received a response, we were informed there was no internet set up, contrary to what we were led to believe during the tour. Another red... flag arose when we didn't receive a Welcome Letter despite paying the security deposit. Communication issues persisted, with unanswered texts and calls leading up to move-in day. Eventually, we received an email with errors, indicating further disorganization. On move-in day, there was no parking pass available, and access issues hindered entry to the building from the garage. Upon entering the unit, it was evident that it hadn't been cleaned properly, with various stains and sawdust present. Despite reporting the issue, the response was inadequate, further highlighting the management's incompetence. It's crucial to ask questions and avoid such situations. This building urgently requires better management and cleaning services.
