Over the past 2 months of living here, the only elevator is broken 50% of the time with no concessions for the inconvenience. Its a really freaking huge inconvenience living on a higher floor. Had to keep postponing large furniture deliveries after moving in & was almost charged a storage fee when the elevator was broken for over 2 weeks straight. The handicapped button for the front door is also always broken. Not enough parking spaces in the attached garage for A2 residents, and was informed... about a waitlist but I had to remind them to add me. Seems like there is no real waitlist - either that or no one new ever gets a space. The TV monitor in the lobby is never on, so there's no awareness for the main building's activities unless an email is sent. Took 3 service tickets to get the dryer replaced because maintenance initially tried to convince me it was user error - new dryer works just fine as it should, same user. Otherwise, everything is else is great.
