Living at Anthem House has been fantastic in all aspects. The staff are very friendly and responsive, the location is perfect - close to lots of great restaurants, and the amenities offers everything I need. The concierge is available 24/7, which has been wonderful, for after hours help and the feeling of security. I have also been enjoying the little perks, like resident appreciation days. Thank you for all that you do for us!

Bonnie and Judy at the front desk are amazing! The leasing office has been super responsive and accommodating. Too many amenities to list and the neighborhood is an absolute gem! The unit is largely as expected, with a huge amount of cabinet space, which we love.

We are on the Fort Ave side of the building and the trains and sirens from the Fire station down the street can be heard pretty clearly in the unit with the windows closed. It seems the latter tries to avoid turning on their sirens… around the residence whenever possible (e.g., unless there are cars that won't get out of their way). The walls are also a bit thin, so the dogs living around us act as bit of a wake up call in the morning. Overall, we really like Anthem House, just wish we had a unit that was a tad quieter.

It’s been almost two years living in Anthem House, and my experience has been nothing short of amazing. It’s truly one of the best places to live. Everyone, especially the concierge staff, office managers, and engineers, is incredibly amazing and kind. I remember changing my lease because my best friend moved in with me, and the entire process was seamless and exceptional. I’m looking forward to another year here, as I’m currently in the process of purchasing a home in Fed Hill. I’m forever… grateful for Anthem House.
