You get what you pay for
I have been here for 3 years and will not renew my lease for a quite a few reasons. Residents are filthy and inconsiderate. I've literally watched people litter the parking lot and building with 2 dumpsters less than 50 yards apart. That lead to mice inside my unit, I had to set traps in my unit to catch it. Residents leave the building doors open which introduces flies and in one instance there was a bird inside the building. Floors are old and make A LOT of noise throughout the entire unit.... Walls are thin and not sound proof so I hear any and everything neighbors are doing which is awkward at times. Paint chipping off baseboards and walls. Took several maintenance requests to correct and they made a huge mess because they don't seem to respect your living space. A/C and Heating unit is extremely loud. I've had water leaks and all they did was paint over them. Appliances are super old like from the 90s and my refrigerator has been "repaired" twice and still leaks. Parking is horrible and there are a lot of seemingly abandoned vehicles so after 5-6 PM good luck finding parking close to your unit. Not renewing my lease, rather pay more and get more else where.
