MICE INFESTATION
I have lived at Axiom for 2 years now. This is the most honest review! DO NOT MOVE HERE! There has been a long list of issues here that I’ve kept quiet about, but the recent MICE INFESTATION in building 1 has prompted me to write this review. It has been over 2 months now and even with pest control coming every other week the issue is still ongoing. Pest control comes in and throws bait behind the stove then they leave. They don’t get to the root of the issue. I have seen several mice in my... apartment the last 2 month despite keeping my apartment completely spotless. My neighbor has killed 3 in her apartment and another neighbor recently saw one.The leasing office want to keep the issue quiet and doesn’t want it getting out that we are indeed infested. Me and my neighbors have spent hundreds of dollars and are doing everything to get rid of the mice and nothing is working. This is my 5th apartment I’ve lived in and I have never had this issue. I am traumatized and can’t even sleep comfortable at night.
Last summer I went 2 whole months during record breaking heat temperatures with no AC. I was never reimbursed for that. On top of that, several residents smoke in the building and stairwells which is none of my business or concern, except for the fact that I was harassed and accused for months with no proof that it was me. I felt targeted and profiled. I have NEVER smoked in my apartment building EVER! These apartments are beautiful but it is the worst apartment building I have ever lived in. I’m currently looking to relocate. The mice infestation is where I draw the line.

Thank you for your feedback. We take your concerns seriously as your comfort and peace of mind are very important to us.
We understand your frustration with the pest issue and want to assure you that we’ve taken steps to address it. While you... mentioned to pest control during their most recent visit that you had not seen any activity at that time, we understand that may have changed. Our team has inspected for potential entry points and made necessary repairs, and we’ve brought in both our regular and a secondary pest control provider to evaluate and treat the situation. Pest control has advised us that based on the activity levels observed, this does not appear to be a building-wide infestation. While you've mentioned that other neighbors have experienced similar issues, they have not contacted our office directly for service. We encourage any residents experiencing problems to reach out so that we can provide appropriate treatment.
Regarding smoking complaints, we only reach out to a resident if a complaint is received. We do not assume fault, and it’s never our intention to make anyone feel targeted. We also want to note that we provide residents with a QR code in our leasing office if they’d like to share feedback about their experience, whether positive or negative.
We’d welcome the chance to speak with you directly regarding your concerns. Please feel free to contact the leasing office at your convenience.
