The Elms at Montjoy Apartamentos

Management is a mess and service has been terrible. The office is filled with new people who not only don’t know anything, but tell me wrong information. They are not to be trusted. They are forcing renovations on residents (cosmetic only), but then blame issues on the supply chain and office turnover. However, neither of those excuse them not cleaning up after the work despite me talking to them 3 days in row about it and I still ended up having to do it myself. They are literally making me pay... for their awful management. If there are so many problems they could push the work, but they don’t care. All they want is to be able to extract more rent money from me. They do not respect my apartment, time, money, or needs (not that I’m surprised). Lee mas

The office management is nice to you when you first lease your apartment but then they disregard any concerns you bring up and ignore your emails or belittle you/be rude to you if you talk to them about any issue in the community. They do not make you feel like you are welcome or safe here. They seem to only want your money but do not actually care about you or your family, and that this is your home as well. Also, the property is poor kept as they sharpie with black markers mailbox letters... rather than replacing them and do not replace broken lights or rusted stairways. I hope that staff in the future treat everyone living in this community with true respect and dignity and not just artificial insincere reply. Lee mas

I have been a Resident at The Elms at Montjoy for almost five years. The Office and Maintenance Staff is the best. They are always courteous and go beyond the call of duty to assist you. The Maintenance Staff always answers your call in a timely fashion and they do a great job. The entire Staff is both pleasant and professional. They are always so helpful. The apartments are spacious and the grounds are well kept. I would definitely recommend The Elms to my friends and to anyone looking... for apartment living. Lee mas

I am 84 elderly widow living here at the Elms for the past year and half. I truly believe I made the right decision when I moved here I feel very well taken care of and safe. I love to walk and I have no fear going anywhere on the property.
The staff here is AMAZING. Kosal the manager so very kind, I appreciate her very much. Brandon our young college graduate so very professional and understanding. Tamika our new addition in our leasing center is so knowledgeable I am so very grateful I... live here.
Our maintenance engineers, Mr. Robert, Mr. Pierre and Mr. June, have been very helpful whenever I have needed repairs or help in my apartment, like yesterday I needed a door fixed, Mr. Pierre was there, smiling, friendly and repairs made perfectly and always very clean in what they do and clean up after whatever they have done. I truly am so happy I live here and feel so safe.
Love the location also for medical, grocery, restaurants and so much more needed. Lee mas

You can't beat the location, very convenient! The apartments are well laid out with large bedrooms that are basically dual master. Very good value for the price. I have had pleasant experiences with the staff as well. Being able to walk to ChickFila has been both amazing and terrifying given how much I love their nuggets too haha.
