Been living here since November, which is 3 months and the amount of fire alarm test AND false alarm fire alarms are very very nerve racking and unprofessional if you ask me. You never know if it’s a real fire or it’s just the system. ALSO, I was asked if I wanted maintenance to come in my apartment when I was not home and I told them NO…..he proceeded to come in not once, not twice, but three times while I was not come. Also the leasing office admitted to him snooping in my stuff, said he found... smoke paraphernalia when I don’t even smoke. Not really loving it the way I was three months ago. 6/10

Great community and building so far. All requests are acted on quickly. All maintenance requests are filled the same day so far. Parking is good when you avoid the walls.

Great experience

My experience was pleasant because the agent Chandler did an amazing job when it came to onboarding. He gave a great tour, explained everything well, patient and very professional. This lead me to decide to become part of the arrive community.

Always awesome when it comes to anything. Had maintenance problems but Ismael who lives in the building quickly took care of it. Nice guy all way around. Messed up one time with a payment but management was friendly took care of it. Awesome place to live I plan on staying here as long as possible

A lot of potential…great location…actually fantastic location…The good residents have to suffer with the bad…they have no respect for their neighbors and the building…most people follow the rules…it only takes a few to make for a rough night…no enforcement of rules and the elevators, smoking in the building , random fire alarms several times a week and cold water in the morning. Get it together Arrive…realize your potential.
