Overall pretty good living here. A great location and a quiet neighborhood for being in the city. Has a great window view and very close to local shops and parks.

I lived here for two years back when it was still Sutton Place. Since the management company changed, this has become one of the best apartments near MICA.

The building has a large swimming pool and a brand-new gym, and the staff are very friendly, especially toward MICA students.

Mr. Larry deserves special praise — he’s one of the kindest people I’ve met. My mom, who doesn’t speak English, once got stuck in the elevator, and Larry still understood her and helped her out right away. He also... notices when residents haven’t picked up their packages in a while, and sometimes even delivers them straight to your door. Lee mas

Overall great community to live in. People are very friendly, facility is nice, apartments have large rooms, safe, great city views, quick maintenance.

It’s been a nice first apartment. Close to the city and public transportation. The building is dog friendly which is great! And the staff is very kind.

Overall it is very nice! You have a great maintenance staff there most the time are very fast to fix what you need. The neighborhood is good feel very safe walking around.
