    Constant outages, horrid communication, unsafe

    4 years - 3 major HVAC repairs, other delays in transition from hot to cold due to repairs. Dozens of water outages, usually with no warning, averaging one line a week. Rampant package theft due inaccessibility of package area to delivery personal and lack of secure building despite fob entrance as well as management discouragement of filing police reports. Failure to communicate with tenets in an effective manor, often with threats to lose access. Lies during leasing process. I kept telling… myself things have to get better, they are making improvements after an owner change shortly before I moved in. Unfortunately those improvements have been exclusively cosmetic and now there is no AC on day reaching over 100 and the emergency line service was told they won’t be providing portable AC to vulnerable tenets and prohibited them from calling onsite maintenance for an update.
