Arrive North Bethesda Apartments

I have lived here for a long time, and unfortunately, the quality of living has significantly declined since the new management took over. Their primary focus seems to be money rather than maintaining a safe and well-managed community. It appears that tenant screening has become more lenient, raising concerns about security. There have been incidents where law enforcement, including SWAT teams, have been called to the property, which is alarming for residents.
Additionally, the leasing office... staff has also changed, they all are unfriendly often unhelpful and unresponsive to tenant concerns. Maintenance issues are frequent, with elevators frequently out of service. The pipes are usually broken where you can have water dripping from ceiling bathroom to your place!
Overall, the management’s lack of care and the deteriorating conditions make this a frustrating and disappointing place to live. I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a safe and well-maintained apartment. Read More

I was nervous about coming to North Bethesda but Sharon in the Leasing Office made me so comfortable. She answerd all my questions and really made me feel at home!

The leasing office is great and works with you really well. The building is old so has some flaws that I’m noticing as I move in but overall I love my apartment and the view makes everything worth it

The management team Tamika & India are a delight to interact with. In occasions when I’ve had concerns, they’ve quickly addressed them. Naum, Mike and Brandon have always handled my maintenance request in a quick and effective manner. In addition to a great team, I love the property, the view is amazing! My family and I enjoy the summer... days by the pool, the children have a great group of friends to play with in the safe courtyard, my neighbors are great. Great community for families.

Don’t waste your money on this place. There are rats constantly around the apartment and when you submit a work order they either take a week to “complete” it or lie that they completed the order.

I know this is the case because one time we left our dog outside of her cage and they didn’t even come in the door because of her being out. Then, we had another rat problem in Feb of 2025 (same issue that still wasn’t solved since summer of 2024), we submitted a work order and left her out... inadvertently and that same day we got a “work order completed” notification. So either they lied and marked it off completed to clear out the ticket or they went to a different apartment and treated it for rats and marked ours by mistake. Either way, it’s terrible.

Don’t even get me started on how inconsistent the elevators are. They’re the slowest elevators I have ever encountered. If you’re going to spend over $2k for a one bedroom, please spend your money elsewhere. Read More
