After being here for a few years there has definitely been improvements with the leasing staff. When you walk into the office you get the feel of residence service, community and professionalism. Communication is great and resident engagement activities are frequent.

It has been overall a pretty good experience. Lots of water outages and issues which have kind of been really difficult. But maintenance is very friendly and personable and the buildings are well maintained for the most part.

My husband and I have lived here since 2021, and it has been a truly positive experience. We always feel well taken care of, and the communication from management is consistently excellent.

Wonderful community. Maintenance complete work orders in a timely manner. Property is clean for the most part. Only part I dislike is residents leaving their dog waste on the property.
