It's been a pleasant experience so far. No major complaints or concerns. Every time I've contacted the office, they've been helpful. I don't feel rushed or unheard if an issue is presented to them. Thank you. Please keep up with the positive Resident-Agent communication. It definitely makes a world of a difference when we feel seen and heard vs feeling like we're being rushed or bothersome. Living at Renew White Marsh has been a great experience. The community is nice and quiet, which makes it a peaceful place to come home to. The staff has also been very helpful and responsive whenever I’ve needed anything. I really appreciate how welcoming and supportive they are. Overall, it’s been a comfortable and positive place to live!

It was a flawless move in. The rental office was amazing and quickly addressed any concerns. And I love my apartment. I would recommend this apartment complex for anyone looking to move. The gym and pool is an added bonus.

Ok but leasing office lacks consistency and professionalism. Pool was clean this year but still riff raff at the pool that was even swimming.
