Beautiful floor plan but terrible upkeep. Roach and Mice infestation even as a clean resident. It’s unfortunate.

Honest review! I have been residing in this apartment complex for just over a month. The layout of the apartments is quite pleasant. However, I am disheartened to report that my unit has been plagued by an infestation of roaches and mice, and most alarmingly, a snake was discovered within my apartment. It is perplexing to me how a complex of this caliber can coexist with such egregious issues. As I sit on my couch, I have just witnessed a mouse scurrying by, which has prompted me to write this... review. I must commend the maintenance team for their decent service. Nevertheless, considering the severity of these issues, I would be willing to pay a premium for a residence that does not harbor such problems. The presence of a large black snake in my apartment was the final straw, particularly given that I have young children and do not wish for them to be exposed to such a hazard. I’ve been requesting help for the past couple of weeks about my A/C not working and yet still not working. 2 guys came out 3 times and still not working, it sound like they didn’t know what they was doing. The 3rd time they came back they left and said they will be back and never came back. In order to get them in here I had to catch them while they are outside that’s after I put my request in days before. Days became weeks, still not working. It’s about to get hot and I have no A/C and a child... with asthma. Even in the reviews online tenants have the same problem. Other things in my apartment needs to be fix as well. Love the area and the neighbors but sadly I have to relocate my kids to another neighborhood. This is non professional and bad for business. Now I see why tenants only last for a year or two here. Well add me to the count, my kids come first. I will be moving next year.

I've been living here for about 3 days, and I love it so far. Maintenance is fast to come fix anything that needs to be done. I love that I have my own storage area and laundry room downstairs. I love that I have a balcony, and you have to be buzzed into the building. For the price of rent this is a decent place to live.

Just moved in 4 days ago. The air already doesn’t work. I called maintenance was advised someone will be out just to get a call 3 hours later that they won’t be able to come until Monday. It’s Saturday.
