I have been a resident at Parkland square for a couple of years. During this time management/staff has changed, most have not been the best. With an exception of Ms. Riddick, she is very accommodating to the residence here and she carry herself with so much poise. Highly recommend her as the go to. She gets the job done everytime!

I had the pleasure of working with Ms. Riddick, she was very informative and helpful in my application and touring process. Always hands on and definitely one of the top reasons I’m choosing this community as my new home.

Management is constantly changing. It seems as though each time they bring in a new team
they are less competent then the first. There are issues with rodents and mold. If I could I would post pictures. I notified the complex of my mold
issue they did not take it serious and continued to tell me it wasn’t mold.

managers are awful they never return calls back when something breaks down we leave messages no answer. Also when we moved in it was free water now they want charge us $45 a month also they came up with a fee for parking $50 are you serious? We pay rent we should be able to park but its impossible to park after 5 pm without waiting.
they need to do something urgent with either the staff or management!!!

Parkland Square is a excellent complex to live in they have very nice and friendly staff , their apartments are very nice been loving her for 2 months and love it they have a bus stop right out side of the complex the stores a approximately 10-15 minutes away from the complex . I just love living here they have everything you possibly can need .
