Sawyer Flats Apartamentos

The apartment complex is in a great area and we haven’t had many issues, but good luck trying to get a maintenance order completed. We have important things we need fixed and we’ve been trying for nearly half a month to get someone to show up and help. Outside of the maintenance system and crew being a massive disappointment, it’s not a bad place to live.

The condition of the buildings is not great. I hear everyone that walks up the stairs, and the person above me I hear every movement. Some of the staircases are crumbling.

It’s been a great experience, from communicating with office to easily moving in. I have no major complaints about living here. Everything is always handled smoothly.

This apartment is an absolute gem! From the moment I walked in, I was struck by the clean, modern design and cozy atmosphere. The layout is spacious, with plenty of natural light pouring in through large windows. The kitchen is well-equipped, making it easy to cook meals at home, and the living space is perfect for relaxing after a long day. The building itself is quiet and well-maintained, with friendly neighbors and responsive management. The location is another major plus—close to great... restaurants, parks, and public transport, making it convenient to get around. The bedroom is comfortable, and the bathroom is spotless with great water pressure. I also appreciate the little touches, like ample storage and stylish decor. Other than amenities and our apartment needing much needed renovations, our experience has been overall good. I think the complex to focus on updating apartments that need it.
