Just sad..............
If I could give no stars I would. 9 months can't come fast enough.......... This place is a whole joke. They have policies and guidelines but follow what they want. I was having electrical issues where the breakers trip like for three weeks, meaning I didn't have power on and off for three weeks. All maintenance would did was reset the breakers and 20 mins after he would do that, it would trip again. Got tired of calling the emergency line. It wasn't until they had a REAL electrician come in to... do some extensive work when the issue was resolved but he left the place in shambles with holes in the walls and ceiling. Still haven't came and fixed the dining room light drywall wall. Switched over to payment portal online but won't take the time to help out the elderly residents that really aren't keen of computers because they are old school and want a receipt in hand for what they pay for. Most of those that work there are incompetent and uneducated individuals that couldn't place in an elementary spelling bee. And let's not talk about the roaches and mice. Had the nerve to say if they can't service your apartment for pest maintenance that they would charge you $100, huh. They are still coming in. And I keep a very clean dwelling. Dog poop be everywhere and cats come around like this their second home. I'm counting my days.
