Don’t move here
Don’t move here, you will regret it in the long run. The employees will be super nice when you’re signing your lease but once you’re in—they couldn’t care less about you. The two managers park in the only two handicap spots by the office (no they don’t have handicap stickers), they hire a tow company that starts fights with residents and continuously tell residents they’re changing the company then don’t, the multiple shootings in the parking lot (check out baynet for those), the leasing office... keeps the doors locked 24/7 and doesn’t answer knocks so hopefully you don’t need anything (I’m not even sure why they are open during the day because of that and the fact they only sometimes answer the phone), the constant inspections that started with the new management (they will be in your apartment every other month for some random reason). It’s sooo awful living here I feel it’s my duty to warn anyone about these issues.
