After my last review, the property managers responded asking me to email them directly in order to solve any issues, which I did. They repeatedly ignored my emails and phone calls for a week afterwards.
I received two notices on my door after the review was posted. One was from the assistant property manager Nicole, claiming she determined my lock had been changed and was unable to access my unit, and the other that I was in violation of my rental contract due to the condition of my unit. ...
They came by to inspect and determined both notices were incorrect, but it felt like retaliation after an honest review was left.
It still takes maintenance anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months to address issues in the apartment, so plan accordingly if things need to be tended to sooner.
