You decide...
"Why are the reviews so high?" Tuscany Gardens Apartments asks residents to write reviews upon moving into the establishment. I, however, did not go that route because I was hesitant to give ratings in the first few weeks. Maybe that is why the ratings are so high.
I currently reside in Tuscany Gardens and the complex is as basic as can be (especially if you reside in the non-refurbished buildings). The community is clean and well-kept. There are plenty of residents who walk their dogs, kids... who play outside, and people playing tennis on the tennis court. The keyless entry is convenient but can be slightly concerning.
They do have all of the amenities listed. However, things are outdated and practically broken. They are not willing to spend money to fix big issues. The modern/updated washer and dryer they showed is not included. The carpet is outdated. The bathroom is outdated. The bedrooms are fine. The kitchen is fine. You can hear everything. If you plan on being intimate or having a small gathering, prepare for your neighbors to be in attendance. The gym is small and uninviting.
The staff members have dull personalities and dry attitudes. They think the reviews speak for themselves, and you're doing yourself a favor by moving into their complex. If you're looking for a place to stay and you need to move quickly, Tuscany Gardens is decent enough, especially considering the area. It is pretty spacious depending on your unit and you can choose not to deal with the staff as much as possible.
Also, when you pay your rent, there is an $80 fee added if you do not enter your banking information.
Good luck finding your dream complex.
P.S. Tuscany, please do not respond to this comment with your fake concerns. I do not want to interact with you or explain myself. The reviews are rushed.
