Hidden Valley Club Apartamentos

Just to let people know how awful this apartments are , very outdated. They don’t take care of them, very dirty, unpleasant odors in the hallways cause of people who has pets, takes a lot too get something fixed the right way, the 2 ladies in the office Rachel and the other one rude, unprofessional and impolite they would always lie to you just to not look bad, do not trust this people

I rarely write reviews, but my experience at Hidden Valley Club Apartments has been frustrating enough to warn others. From the beginning, communication with the staff has been a nightmare. In particular, Rachel and Hailey have consistently been rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. Any time I had a question or concern, I was met with attitude rather than assistance.



Maintenance issues go unresolved for far too long, and when you try to follow up, you’re either ignored or treated like you’re... inconveniencing them, they rather just hang in the office with Rachel and Hailey



The units themselves are outdated, and the amenities they advertise are either poorly maintained or simply not functional. For the price, you can absolutely find a better-managed, more respectful community elsewhere.



Living here has been a constant source of stress. I strongly urge anyone considering this place to keep looking. Lee mas

I’ve really enjoyed living at Hidden Valley Apartments. The location is extremely convenient—close to all essential amenities and just a short driving distance from the University of Michigan. The property manager, Rachel, is very proactive and responsive, and maintenance requests are handled quickly. I’ve had no complaints during my stay. The neighbourhood feels safe. I would definitely recommend this place to others!

Over a year we struggled with a cockroach problem that wouldnt go away despite the office sending many exterminators. The exterminators believed someone near us had an untreated problem.

I love this apartment because of the unique floor plan, quiet community and proximity to all my go to places! Management is effective and understanding.
